I had never heard of them until one day, I was sitting in my boyfriends P.O.S. Honda listening to music, and Wonderwall came whispering through his speakers. Since that day, Wonderwall has reminded me of him, and every time I hear those lyrics my heart smiles. It is one of the sweetest songs I have ever heard in my entire life.

...Sweet huh? Different songs remind me of different feelings. This song reminds me of love and how one should feel toward their significant other. The lyrics "and maybe, your gonna be the one that saves me, and after all, you're my wonderwall" mean a lot to me. Those are my favorite lyrics in that whole song. I think he's trying to say that no matter what, this person is going to try to better him, save him from his mistakes and be there in any circumstance. There are certain songs that make you feel different ways, this on makes me feel love(:
I love Oasis. :] Wonderwall [like so many others] is on of my favorite songs. It's breath taking. I'm a huge fan of the English 'Indie' scene and am very proud of what Oasis did for it. Sence you like Oasis so much you would probably enjoy bands like Blur, The Smiths, or The Stone Rosesa. :]

ReplyDeleteDude Oasis is SO AWESOME! I remeber first hearing them when I was a kid and Wonderwall came on the radio. I was only three at the time but for some reason it's one of my first memories. This is so awesome that other people love Oasis too. Good job.
